By using UnBlur, you agree to these Terms of Service. Don't agree? Don't use the app.

2. Service Description

UnBlur uses artificial intelligence to enhance and deblur your images. The service operates on a credit-based system.

3. Credits & Pricing

How Credits Work

Each credit allows enhancement of one image
Credits are consumable (one-time use)
Credits never expire
Purchase credits as needed - no free credits included

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

❌ Process images you don't own
❌ Attempt to hack or exploit the service
❌ Share accounts or credits
❌ Use for unauthorized commercial purposes

5. Refund Policy

Refunds managed by Apple per their policies
Contact Apple Support for refund requests
Consumed credits cannot be refunded
Processing failures do NOT consume credits

6. Your Content

✅ You own your original images
✅ You own the enhanced images
✅ We don't claim ownership
✅ You grant us license to process images only

7. Disclaimers

Results may vary based on image quality
No guarantee of specific enhancement level
Processing time: typically 30-60 seconds
Service provided "as is"

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, we are not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Service interruptions
Data loss (backup your images!)
Maximum liability: amount you paid us
