        Quick Summary: UnBlur enhances your photos using AI. One credit = one image. Credits are purchased through Apple IAP. You keep your images. Be respectful and don't abuse the service.
    

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using UnBlur, you agree to these Terms of Service. Don't agree? Don't use the app.

2. Service Description

UnBlur uses artificial intelligence to enhance and deblur your images. The service operates on a credit-based system.

3. Credits & Pricing

How Credits Work

Each credit allows enhancement of one image
Credits are consumable (one-time use)
Credits never expire
Credit packs are bought as needed and include no free credits

UnBlur Pro Subscriptions

UnBlur Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, billed weekly or yearly (in the United States, $6.99/week or $79.99/year; the price in your currency is shown in the app before purchase).
Pro Weekly adds 40 credits every week; Pro Yearly adds 150 credits every month.
Where offered, new subscribers get a 3-day free trial with 10 credits. You are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID. The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings.
Credits you receive stay in your balance after the subscription ends.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

❌ Upload illegal or offensive content
❌ Process images you don't own
❌ Attempt to hack or exploit the service
❌ Share accounts or credits
❌ Use for unauthorized commercial purposes

5. Refund Policy

Refunds managed by Apple per their policies
Contact Apple Support for refund requests
Consumed credits cannot be refunded
Processing failures do NOT consume credits

6. Your Content

✅ You own your original images
✅ You own the enhanced images
✅ We don't claim ownership
✅ You grant us license to process images only

7. Disclaimers

Results may vary based on image quality
No guarantee of specific enhancement level
Processing time: typically 30-60 seconds
Service provided "as is"

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, we are not liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
Service interruptions
Data loss (backup your images!)
Maximum liability: amount you paid us

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance of new terms.
